About Legacy

The name is
the promise.

A legacy is something you hand down. That's the standard every home we build has to meet — would we be proud for our kids to inherit it?

The Founder

Blake Bradley

Legacy Developments is founder-led on purpose. Blake is on every jobsite, makes every promise personally, and answers his own phone. When you build with Legacy, there's no sales office between you and the person building your home.

"Big builders route you to a sales office. When you build with Legacy, you're texting the person who's standing on your slab. Send me a photo of your lot and I'll tell you what I see."

— Blake Bradley, Founder

What We Believe

Three things we won't bend on.

01 · Craft

Build it like we're keeping it

Amish hand-built cabinetry, true timber, real stone. If a material won't look good in 30 years, it doesn't go in a Legacy home.

02 · Honesty

Real numbers, plain English

Prices on the website. Fixed contracts. Allowances that reflect reality. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

03 · Presence

The founder on your site

Not a rotating cast of supers. The person who shook your hand is the person checking the framing.

Where We Work

Rooted in Southwest Ohio.

We build from Dayton down to Cincinnati and across Adams and Brown counties — Seaman, West Union, Manchester, and the small towns the big builders drive past. This is home turf, not a "market."

Our first homes are in the ground right now in Adams County, with more underway toward Cincinnati. See what we're building on the Our Homes page.
