A 3-bedroom custom home on open acreage in Adams County. The family wanted something that didn't look like anything else on the road — so we built black board-and-batten steel with true timber posts, a stone wainscot, and a front porch designed around a chandelier.
Inside: white oak floors throughout, a custom-hood kitchen with a quartz island and Amish hand-built knotty alder cabinetry, a freestanding soaker tub, and LED-lit mirrors in both baths. An oversized 2-car garage handles trucks and toys.
